Northeast Atlanta Real Estate ExpertProviding Comprehensive Real Estate Services to Home Buyers and Sellers
About Pamela KaveneyMy Client-First PhilosophyThere are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Atlanta real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. As a sixth generation Atlanta native, I love to share our city's history with those who are new to the area. With it's museums, sports arenas, restaurants, parks, and fabulous shopping, Atlanta truly has something that every member of the family can enjoy. For the past fifteen years, I have had the privilege of helping both buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions in Gwinnett, Forsyth, and Hall Counties. Since 1994, I have been a member of the Northeast Metro Board of Realtors, the National Apartment Association, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, as well as actively continuing to learn more about the industry every year through classes offered by the Atlanta Homebuilder's Association. When I am out of the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family including my husband and eleven year old daughter. We are active in the North Gwinnett Football Association, the healthcare ministries and religious education classes at our church, and various charitable organizations both here in our local community as well as special projects for children in South America. Because of Atlanta's mild climate, we are able to spend most of our free time outdoors; either entertaining at home, taking day trips to Helen, Georgia or enjoying fun in the sun on Lake Lanier. Our family also travels as often as our busy schedules will allow. We have been very fortunate visit many other countries and learn about their history and culture firsthand while meeting many new friends. But no matter where our journeys have led us, we have always been happy to call Atlanta our home. Whether you're just starting out, raising a family, enjoying your retirement; a lifeong resident or a newcomer, when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Northeast Atlanta areas, please contact me. |
