Mortgage Information

If you're like most buyers, a home is the most expensive purchase you'll ever make, and unless you are planning on a cash sale, you will need some form of financing.
There are many lending institutions that offer a variety of mortgage products, but, just remember, that just because a bank or lending institution offers a great rate or lower than average closing costs, that does not mean that they can actually close the loan on time as promised. Many of the loan programs that were available just a few months ago are no longer available and as your real estate professional, it is my job to make sure that you do not have any unpleasant surprises at the closing table.
Financing options and rates can vary widely, so it is important to do your research and shop around to ensure you get the mortgage that best meets your needs.
I would be happy to refer you to some very good mortgage contacts

Just a few moments on the phone or on-line will save you time, money, and ensure that you are completey comfortable with the financing options available in today's ever changing marketplace. |
